Both Liz and Sue are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I came in to address just one body part, but now I have began the process of 2 additional laser packages. The results were noticeable after the second session and just continued to get better after each one. Sue is so sweet and knowledgeable about the process - she doesn't try to sell you on it, she just gives you the facts and lets you decide if it's a right fit for you. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I got my ankles/lower legs done and it didn't hurt at all. It was super quick (I was in and out in less than 20 minutes) and it's been about two weeks and already can see the difference. I'm going to go back for another treatment to get the rest of my leg done.
