I have been wanting to do laser hair removal for years, but the time was just never right until recently! I recently moved to Washington DC area for law school in 2017, so I wasn't very familiar with the possibilities for laser hair removal in the area. I spent a lot of time researching and found Capital Laser to have the best reviews. Let me tell you, they live up to those reviews! Sue is absolutely incredible. She is knowledgable, detail oriented, and concerned about her patients comfortability and results. At the first consultation, she takes ample time to explain the process, the lasers, and the pricing. She makes sure you are 100% comfortable before proceeding. As for the treatment itself, it is absolutely top notch. The rooms are exceptionally clean and Sue knows exactly what she is doing. I have had minimal to no discomfort every single session. I have now had 2 sessions out of my 5- session package, and the results are astounding. I cannot imagine how great it will look after the next sessions. I would like to add that I decided to do this during COVID-19 and the precautions taken by Sue and Capital Laser speak volumes to their character. They have taken every single precaution possible. They take temperatures upon arrival and open all doors with paper towels. They do not allow patients to even touch any surface. I have been beyond impressed with their COVID protocols. not only are they professional, but they are courteous of time. All appointments are in and out within 25 minutes. There is no waiting around in the waiting room for excessive amounts of time. This is worth every penny spent and I will continue to be a Customer of Capital Laser for years to come. With the results I have, It's difficult to not want to do laser hair removal everywhere! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Capital Laser and Sue.

i'm two sessions deep so far (of five) and have loved my experience! From the beginning, Sue was super approachable and knowledgeable about laser hair removal. offering to answer any questions I had. She also has been super accomodating about my schedule. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after my last three sessions.

Highly recommend Capital Laser, Sue is great - very knowledgable, very friendly and very professional. Sue puts you at ease and is quick which I appreciate as a very busy person yet she never makes me feel rushed and is always very personable. I have had laser hair removal before (in CA) so I knew what to expect in terms of the sessions...but the whole experience was top notch from start to finish. If you want a quick, efficient and permanent solution to your unwanted hair problems, this is definitely the place to go! I decided to try Capital Laser after wasting a lot of time and money at another place a couple of years ago. I have fair skin, dark hair and I'm a perfect candidate for laser. However, I was very frustrated by my early experience at different places since the results that I got were only marginal after six sessions.

I absolutely loved my experience with Capital Laser, After a year of struggling with severe folliculitis on my bikini area I was desperate for laser hair removal but didn't think i could afford it and had read scary reviews about people getting burned, scarred, the hair growing back anyway, etc. I read the reviews here and then saw they were promoting special pricing that was shockingly within my price range, so i gave it a shot. They were very very in-depth in the consultation. I am fair skinned with dark hair, so I was a good candidate. But they asked me tons of questions and were very, very frank with me about the fact that results vary. They don't want your money if the results are going to be bad for you and they made it clear. I'm a very direct person so I appreciated them being very frank with me. Each session is so quick and they make me feel very comfortable. I'm on my 4th out 5 treatments and the hair is essentially gone. There is a chance that it may grow back after 5-7 years but honestly for the price I paid this is 100% worth it and what I needed. There are some very fine/fair hairs that the laser can't pick up bit they're nearly invisible. Great results, exactly what I was expecting and prepared for thanks to their honesty and the time they took to ensure I understood how the process would work. I was so miserable before so I'm so glad I found this place. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an expert in laser hair removal. I was super picky about where I wanted to go and I did a lot of research before picking this place. They have been doing this for a while and they know what they're doing. That's the most important thing for anyone who wants good results. One of the things I appreciate about this place is that Sue would tell you if an area would not give you good results. She tells you, for instance, that this area would be a waste of time and money many places won't tell you that. They just want your money and that's it. They are familiar with every skin/hair type because they have been doing this for over a decade. Sue and Liz are my life saviors :).

Capital Laser is amazing! The team is amazing! They are fast, friendly, and most importantly efficient. I chose to go with the package as opposed to paying per session and trust me It's worth it. The process is painless; my results are both amazing and unbelievable- after the very first treatment! I'm on number 4 of the 5 package and it's like the hair was never there. The facility is state of the art and they are SERIOUS about taking Covid precautions to ensure you are safe from germs ( you will not even touch the bathroom key, they will open it for you) I love it! I live in Maryland and there are plenty of laser centers closer but I'd rather drive to Arlington as Capital Laser is the total package!

Can't say enough good things about Sue, Liz, and Capital Laser. Aside from being the most welcoming group of people, they really know their stuff when it comes to the ins and outs of laser hair removal. Sue has been in the business for over 20 years and she answered any/all questions I threw her way. The process itself wasn't too painful at all, and it was super quick anyway. Overall, I'm super quick anyway. Overall, I'm super happy with the end result and I'd recommend the Capital Laser team to anyway looking for true, long-time experts in laser hair removal.
