I highly recommend Sue. She's intensely knowledgeable in her craft and ensures that the client gains an in depth understanding of the procedures during the consultation. The results are phenomenal. I had had seven sessions of laser previously and the amount of growth after just one session here blew the others out of the water. Like, the volume of reduction of the first time with Sue rivaled the cumulative total of the first two sessions of laser previously (if you've had laser previously, you know how there are diminishing returns). Again, i highly recommend Sue as a master of her craft.

Sue is great!!! I did my first laser hair removal packages in 2013 and had amazing results. That was over 10 years ago! Now I am back to treat other areas as well. Sue is fantastic at what she does and the service she provides is excellent! I did a lot of research prior to choosing Capital Laser (I was not a referral). What attracted me to Capital Laser was that the business is solely focused on laser hair removal and that Sue (the proprietor) has over 26 years of experience. I was initially nervous about starting the process, but after having a consult with Sue I gained the confidence to move forward. I am having multiple body parts done (face, neck, underarms, belly line, bikini line, and legs) and at each appointment Sue makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is efficient and knows just how to treat my skin (for reference, I am a young woman with pale skin and dark brown hair). I don't worry about being burned with her which was one of my major concerns when starting the laser process. Sue makes sure that after she treats each area she applies a calming lotion and cool wet paper towels to cool the skin down. She also makes sure that I wait a sufficient amount of time and checks my skin to ensure that it has cooled and calmed down before I leave. After only a few sessions I am already seeing great results. Overall, Sue is making my laser hair removal experience a great one and I trust her with my skin!

Sue and Anais are absolutely wonderful. I was scared with getting laser as someone with melanated skin, but both are extremely knowledge about which laser is the right one based on your skin type. Sue and Anais are both expert technicians and are extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend this place and won’t be getting laser done anywhere else!

I’ve had a couple of sessions with Sue and I’m already seeing really great results. I’m extremely prone to ingrown, and the ingrowns improved significantly even after the first session. I had been getting sugaring done for several years, but was hesitant about laser due to cost and laser horror stories I’ve read. I realized that over time, laser is actually cheaper than sugaring/waxing and Sue was very knowledgeable and kept me informed through the whole process. Now I wish I had started laser sooner!
