The office is clean, quiet, professional, and comfortable. Sue is very personable and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed and didn't feel like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I got a good understanding of what I was getting into and felt confident in moving forward. Results have been great so far.

As a dark skinned black man that has suffered with razor bumps on my face for years, I really wanted a better solution to hair removal since shaving had been flaring up my face. I’m so happy I found this place! I have been going to Sue and she is very knowledgeable on dark skin and doing laser on darker skin completions. She always takes time to review my skin, take pics, and takes her time during appointments. I never feel like just another customer and she is very hands on and meticulous with her service. She is also simply one of the kindest people I’ve met! Cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you are a black or darker skinned person!

Sue is excellent. She is very thorough in explaining every aspect of laser hair removal from laser types to safely precautions to post -procedure care, she ensured I had the data I needed to make an informed decision on my treatment plan. I doubt there is a more experienced professional on her field. Highly recommend.

I came to Capital Laser based on a friend's recommendation (who also went to CL from their friend's rec) and I am very glad. I began my laser experience 22 years ago in a different state at a time when it was rare, and deep research was necessary to figure out where to go and who to trust. Having this understanding of different laser machines/new technology, best practices, and practitioner training helped me to feel confident with choosing CL. Sue and her team use the newest machines -- and they are fast and efficient. These machines target the hair in a fraction of the time than other older technology meaning you are in/out quicker than other places. Their technique and practice is spot on. My results: Amazing. In 3 sessions I have seen improvement greater than expected. One area I am doing is half a leg. Because of it being a half, I can see a clear delineation between what area is lasered and what area has not.

Super thorough! Has many years of experience. I went to a dermatologist for 10+ session and had very little success. Just two visits were more successful with Sue than the 10+ I did at the dermatology clinic.
