I just went for my third appointment and I am extremely satisfied with the results and the kindness of the staff! I’m currently going for my underarms and Brazilian and shocked how after only two sessions how little I have to shave. I have gotten laser removal before but never these kinds of quick results. Every time I go into the office I’m seen immediately and the staff make you feel comfortable even though you are sprawled out naked. I compared many other businesses before choosing capital laser and I found their pricing to be competitive and with the deal I got I am extremely satisfied. The only con I have is the lack of parking but it is downtown DC so it is to be expected but make sure to leave early so you have time to circle around for parking.

So grateful I found this place. Everyone I know goes here - the best, hands down.

Can't say enough good things about Capital Laser - great results, friendly staff, and good prices! They were able to answer all the questions I had, and more. I checked around and compared with a few other places in a similar price range and found that they had the best reviews. They also gave me a discount for referring a friend! I was a good candidate and have had amazing results just after 2 sessions. Highly recommend!

Wow- even if I tried, I couldn’t come up with enough praises for Capital Laser. I first attempted laser hair removal when I was in high school back in California. As someone of Middle Eastern descent, I have incredibly dark hair, which consequently led me to become self-conscious about both the amount of hair I had and its overall noticeability. However, the first laser center I went to ultimately proved to be ineffective, so when I first decided to give Capital Laser a try, I was a bit skeptical at first. However, the experience was so incredible and so far exceeded my expectations that I wish I weren’t moving out of the area soon, because I would definitely return to have Sue and Liz laser the rest of my problem areas! I went in for my first session in December (chin and upper lip), and by the next scheduled appointment in January, I already noticed a dramatic reduction in my hair growth and appearance. By the third session, the dark hairs that lined my entire chin were all gone, and the fourth and fifth sessions were almost unnecessary because of how ridiculously minimal the hair growth had become by that point. As someone who had to pluck her chin on an almost daily basis (which would cause bruising to the skin, thereby only making me more dissatisfied with my facial appearance) and get her upper lip waxed at least once a month, the work done by Sue and Liz at Capital Laser was absolutely instrumental in restoring my self-confidence about my face; no longer do I look away when talking to someone or try to draw attention away from my smile! Beyond the impeccable quality of the service Capital Laser provides, they are also transparent and honest with each and very client who walks through the door. When I sat down with Sue for my consultation, she informed me that she doesn’t treat anyone who doesn’t have hair that is thick or dark enough because she wants people to be able to walk away from the experience with successful results. Both Liz and Sue were also so kind, attentive, thorough, helpful, and engaging, and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to have them take care of me. Each session was fast, easy, and almost painless, and they always know the correct setting to ensure that the laser doesn't damage or burn your skin. I would recommend Capital Laser to anyone seeking to ensure that their unwanted hair will be completely removed. Thank you, Sue and Liz- you guys are truly the best out there!

I normally don't write reviews but since I have been dealing with laser hair removal for more than 7 years now, and I have always been frustrated with results and pain, I must say that Capital Laser IS THE PLACE TO GO! Sue is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable and honest. She would actually refuse to touch body parts (such as shoulders for females) as laser stimulates hair growth in this area. I wish I had someone honest like her to advice me since the beginning of my laser journey! staff is also amazing 🙂 5/5

This place is absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly, clean office, and the newest technology. The have frequent discounts, so there is no reason to cheap out on a shady Groupon deal for some other place. These ladies are experts and the results are fantastic. Look at all the other amazing reviews and book an appointment-you won't regret it.
