My experience with Sue and Capital Laser has been great. It is obvious that Sue is very experienced. I have had two sessions so far. I appreciated the initial meeting where Sue really explained the process. I felt in good hands immediately. 2nd session was quick and easy. I would say the pain isn't much worse then waxing and you only have to do it approx 4 times. Also, after just two sessions I have seen noticeable results!

I have had 2 sessions so far completed by Sue at Capital Laser and although I just started the process, I can already say that I am SO happy with the results! I had my bikini done and after just one session, I would say that I had about 50% hair reduction. I have been wanting to do laser hair removal for about 4 years now but I was so scared of the pain and I read so many reviews that said it did not work for people and it is quite a large investment so I put it off until I saw that Capital Laser was having a special on their packages so I figured this was a good opportunity to try it and now I am kicking myself that I did not do it years ago! I was even surprised at the level of pain. I am a baby when it comes to pain tolerance and it really wasn’t so bad. I was expecting a pinch or needle prick feeling or even some online reviews mentioned a rubberband snapping feeling but it was oddly more of a quick zap of heat and then it was instantly followed by a cooling sensation. I would say it was the most “pleasant” feeling in the world but really on a scale from 1-10 I would give it a 4, maybe? I just try to focus on the cooling sensation part and then before you know it, Sue is done! The machines Sue use are the best available and I think that is why the pain wasn’t as bad as some people have said that went elsewhere. I just had my second treatment and as most have posted, there was even less pain than the first time. Perhaps because I knew what to expect for round two? Sue is very professional and she knows her stuff! She is the best in the area which is why I will not go to anyone else! She has been practicing laser since it first became popular and she is very honest. She will tell you if you are a good candidate or not. She will not waste your time or money. She could tell I was very nervous my first session and she tried her best to put me at ease. I am so happy that I chose to go to Capita Laser and I am looking forward to completing this package and beginning a new one on my lower legs and underarms!

I chose Capital Laser because they specialize exclusively in laser hair removal and have a lot of 5-star online reviews. Also, it is very convenient for me because they are right above the Rosslyn Metro station. The consultation with Sue was informative and straightforward and the results were great. I highly recommend this place for their expertise in laser hair removal. Also, I feel better going to a business that has been at the same location for many years.

Great service, effective results. I've had my chest done, which didn't get all of it but thinned it out nicely, and my neck, which responded amazingly! I wish I'd done it years ago.

Capital Laser provided the best laser hair removal services. Sue is wonderful. She educated me on the process, her background/experience, and was honest about the results she could provide for me. Customer service is excellent! Sue truly cares about her patients and will be honest about the results feasible. She takes pride in results and safety as opposed to focusing on getting as much money out of patients as possible. I had the brazilian and underarm hair removal. I loved it and would go back again if need be. Highly recommended. Also, always on time with appointments.

When I first arrived in the DC area, it was difficult for me to trust someone to do laser. I found this practice online and have been a client since 2011. They are always respectful, clean, friendly and efficient. My first time, I had a very informative session to better understand my type of skin and how it would react to laser. I have no complaints and I am happy to come back everytime. I highly recommend it, since they will be mindful of your needs, not overpromise and most importantly treat your skin with the care it deserves.

Capital Laser is excellent. Su is very professional. It is pricey, but it is worth it. I would not recommend going cheap on your body. Pay more and get the best services. I am definitely going back.

Sue is beyond wonderful!. she's very friendly and professional. First time I talked to her in person I felt such a relief because she knows what she's doing and keeps it so real and honest. I have been doing a couple of searches to find the right place but after meeting with her, I scheduled my first session right away.. I decided to do treatment on 2 areas after seeing her work... THE BESTTTTTTTT! Im very impressed
