The doctor explained everything clearly, abnd the procedure (while not for the faint of heart) is quick and efficient. And so far, I couldn't be happier with the results!

I highly recommend Capital Laser. As a long time member, I can vouch that they are the best at what they do. Sue is phenomenal, Liz is wonderful. If you get either one of them, rest assured, you are in good hands. As someone who has very dark coarse thick hair issues, Capital Laser is the only place I go to get lasered. Each person has different hair growth stubbornness, and some might need more treatments than others. If you don't see results within 5 treatments, Capital Laser offers get discounts after your 5 session. What got me hooked was the chin treatment, since I had issues with hair growth there, after I saw results with the 3rd treatment of hair falling out, I grew to love Capital Laser, and all what they do. The Brazilian wowed me the most, since the hair fell out immediately after 1st treatment, and on the 3rd treatment, it felt like there was no hair to laser. Please take the consultation, and you will love this place if you always struggled with hairy areas of your body. Sue and Liz love what they do, so be courteous and polite. They want you to feel comfortable, and they are the best professionals you can ask for. So, I rate this place 10/10.

I first became a client when I was living in NC (5 hours away). I would schedule an appt when in town for meetings and found equipment and knowledge of both Sue and Liz unmatched. I was thrilled to move back to the area and expand my treatment areas. Sue is hands down the most educated and passionate laser hair removal expert in the area. I was badly burned at another local supposedly reputable spa and Sue offered comfort through thorough explanation of what had happened to me. Additionally her integrity was made clear when I asked her if she would continue treating the area and she decline due to my personal safety. She could’ve said yes and taken my money but she is so honest and truly holds herself and Capital Laser to the highest ethical standard. Laser hair removal is an investment of both time and money but it is the best one I’ve ever made. Eternally grateful to Capital Laser for giving me the confidence I was lacking for many years

I've been really really happy with my experience here. I would highly recommend to others! I'm seeing great results and appointments are always super easy and efficient, I'm usually in and out in 20 minutes. I also really like the online booking system which makes it easy to make an appointment every six weeks without having to schedule them all in advance and then do the endless rescheduling that always seems to require.

Staff is knowledgeable and answers questions about the laser hair removal process. Session packages are well priced for services provided and they run specials. Office is clean and easy to get to right off the metro.

Liz is super friendly and professional. This is my second time doing hair removal, first time was about 11 years ago with another company. Capital laser is wonderful, highly recommend.
