Absolutely 10/10! Sue has been wonderful during my treatments, and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. She explained the process and aftercare thoroughly, and she is excellent at what she does. My first treatment was so painless, and had so little side effects that I was wondering if anything had actually happened. Within a few days I knew that it had worked! My quality of life has improved so much in just a few short weeks. Thank you!

I'm halfway through my laser removal process, and I must say-- I'm already impressed by the results. I've been treated by both Liz and Sue; both are extremely kind, professional, and talented. I highly recommend, and I recommend doing a package as it is more cost effective.

I just completed my second session of 5 with Sue and could not be happier. Sue is so kind and was thorough in explaining how the laser works and how many sessions I would realistically need. Sue did my initial consultation and booked a 5 session package after she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding. I am now considering other areas on my body and would recommend highly recommend! I suffered for too long from painful shaving/waxing on delicate skin. This has changed my life! Sue and Liz are so nice and welcoming. Sue is quick, as well as thoughtful and takes the extra step to ice the area post session.

Capital Laser was one of a few places that I considered when looking into laser hair removal. The initial consultation with Sue was what sold it to me. She was incredibly thorough in explaining what to expect and how the process works. She explained everything in great detail so that I could understand how laser works to remove the hair. I was sold at that initial consultation and booked in straight away. I have just finished my last session in my package and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. My only regret is that I did not do it earlier. I may need another session or two, but that is normal. My biggest decision now is which part of the body to do next! I could not recommend Capital Laser enough. I am beyond thrilled with the results and could not be happier! 🙂

I am so impressed with Capital Laser! I decided to book a consultation with Sue after reading about her great reviews and discovered that she uses the best laser systems on the market. I had gotten laser hair removal done in Florida a few years ago and had minimal results so I was very picky when choosing a place here in the DMV area. Upon meeting Sue, she explained everything to me and ensured I was familiar with the process. During the laser session, she also makes you feel comfortable. I have completed 2 out of my 5 treatments and am already so impressed with the results. While everyones hair and skin may react differently, I have barely had any hair growth between my appointments. So happy I found this amazing office and can't wait to get more areas on my body done! Thank you, Sue!
