Sue is the consummate professional, and really at the top of her game. She develops a plan tailored to each client, and even to how their skin is looking and reacting in each session. She takes a lot of care to ensure that clients don’t experience discomfort during or after the sessions and provide provides a lot of aftercare information . You can’t pick a safer practice.

Editing my review to include my amazing treatment experience! I am so happy with my experience at Capital Laser Hair Removal! Sue is such a sweet and kind professional and provided me with a free, thorough consultation to explain the process. I have heard so many stories about the pain that comes with laser hair removal, but I was absolutely blown away with my experience. As someone who has been told I have a low pain tolerance, I was prepared to be clenching my teeth the whole time but it was almost painless! There were obviously some points my skin was more sensitive, but Sue listened to me and adjusted the laser as needed. It is very obvious how experienced she is and I am so thankful to have had such a pleasant experience as a first-timer with laser. Outside of the treatment itself, the office is beautiful and even looks over the Potomac! It is clean, metro accessible, and lovely. I feel safe and confident in having my treatments completed here and would recommend it to anyone looking for laser hair removal for medical or aesthetic reasons 🙂
