I'm halfway through my laser removal process, and I must say-- I'm already impressed by the results. I've been treated by both Liz and Sue; both are extremely kind, professional, and talented. I highly recommend, and I recommend doing a package as it is more cost effective.

I just completed my second session of 5 with Sue and could not be happier. Sue is so kind and was thorough in explaining how the laser works and how many sessions I would realistically need. Sue did my initial consultation and booked a 5 session package after she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding. I am now considering other areas on my body and would recommend highly recommend! I suffered for too long from painful shaving/waxing on delicate skin. This has changed my life! Sue and Liz are so nice and welcoming. Sue is quick, as well as thoughtful and takes the extra step to ice the area post session.

Sue and Liz are wonderful at what they do. Not only are the loveliest people, they are also fantastic at their job. She was incredibly thorough in explaining what to expect and how the process works. She explained everything in great detail so that I could understand how laser works to remove the hair. I was sold at that initial consultation and booked in straight away. I have just finished my last session in my package and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. My only regret is that I did not do it earlier. I may need another session or two, but that is normal. My biggest decision now is which part of the body to do next! I could not recommend Capital Laser enough. I am beyond thrilled with the results and could not be happier! 🙂

I am so impressed with Capital Laser! I decided to book a consultation with Sue after reading about her great reviews and discovered that she uses the best laser systems on the market. I had gotten laser hair removal done in Florida a few years ago and had minimal results so I was very picky when choosing a place here in the DMV area. Upon meeting Sue, she explained everything to me and ensured I was familiar with the process. During the laser session, she also makes you feel comfortable. I have completed 2 out of my 5 treatments and am already so impressed with the results. While everyones hair and skin may react differently, I have barely had any hair growth between my appointments. The doctor explained everything clearly, abnd the procedure (while not for the faint of heart) is quick and efficient. And so far, I couldn't be happier with the results!

I highly recommend Capital Laser. As a long time member, I can vouch that they are the best at what they do. Sue is phenomenal, Liz is wonderful. If you get either one of them, rest assured, you are in good hands. As someone who has very dark coarse thick hair issues, Capital Laser is the only place I go to get lasered. Each person has different hair growth stubbornness, and some might need more treatments than others. If you don't see results within 5 treatments, Capital Laser offers get discounts after your 5 session. What got me hooked was the chin treatment, since I had issues with hair growth there, after I saw results with the 3rd treatment of hair falling out, I grew to love Capital Laser, and all what they do. The Brazilian wowed me the most, since the hair fell out immediately after 1st treatment, and on the 3rd treatment, it felt like there was no hair to laser. Please take the consultation, and you will love this place if you always struggled with hairy areas of your body. Sue and Liz love what they do, so be courteous and polite. They want you to feel comfortable, and they are the best professionals you can ask for. So, I rate this place 10/10.

I first became a client when I was living in NC (5 hours away). I would schedule an appt when in town for meetings and found equipment and knowledge of both Sue and Liz unmatched. I was thrilled to move back to the area and expand my treatment areas. Sue is hands down the most educated and passionate laser hair removal expert in the area. I was badly burned at another local supposedly reputable spa and Sue offered comfort through thorough explanation of what had happened to me. Additionally her integrity was made clear when I asked her if she would continue treating the area and she decline due to my personal safety. She could’ve said yes and taken my money but she is so honest and truly holds herself and Capital Laser to the highest ethical standard.
