Really great customer service and Sue especially is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my results after just a couple of treatments (signed up for 5 sessions). Would highly recommend, especially for back and shoulders.

I was referred by my sister who had laser hair removal treatment by Sue. When I saw my sister’s results, I booked an appointment for a consult, and I learned about pros and cons and that I was a good candidate. This place offers only laser hair removal and have been at this location for 22 years. Sue has over 25 years of experience in laser hair removal and knows exactly the level needed for my skin type.

Have had over a dozen sessions at another place and saw a great first result here that was better than after a dozen sessions. Sue is very diligent in explaining. The treatment is also much faster and feels much less like a rubber band snapping at you than at other places.

I started coming here for laser hair removal after hearing two of my friends rave about their experience and results at Capital Laser. I too have had a wonderful experience at each of my two sessions. The women are knowledgeable and efficient - I was in and out within 15 minutes each time. It is also right on top of the Rosslyn metro stop, which is super convenient. I am looking forward to my future sessions!

I’ve been coming to Capital Laser since December and have seen such a difference! From the first consult, Sue was candid with me about what I could expect. I purchased a package of five treatments, and three treatments in I’m convinced that I will be 100% satisfied with the final result. I particularly like that laser hair removal is all they do here. It’s not an add on, it’s their whole focus and they do it well.

Sue is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly kind, and will really personalize the experience for you. I have only done 3 of my 6 sessions but I have had such amazing results - even after the first session! The quality truly cannot be beat here, and I am so happy that I came. I really trust capital laser and have already recommended this place to all of my friends.
