I’ve been coming here for a couple years now (before and after the height of COVID) and my experience has always been fantastic with each person I‘ve worked with. Sue is super knowledgeable and has been doing this for more than 25 years. A master at her craft! They make you feel very comfortable and the service is quick and not nearly as painful as you think. They also offer promotions a couple times a year that are absolutely worth it.

I was looking for months to find the best specialist and then I came across Capital Laser hair removal. I did the neck and beard laser removal, and I have to say, the results are truly amazing. I have very thick hair that grows so fast but after just a couple of sessions, the results were amazing. Sue, the specialist who provided the service, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. She was also fantastic, answering all of my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maintain the results of the laser treatment. Really great customer service and Sue especially is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my results after just a couple of treatments (signed up for 5 sessions). Would highly recommend, especially for back and shoulders.

I was referred by my sister who had laser hair removal treatment by Sue. When I saw my sister’s results, I booked an appointment for a consult, and I learned about pros and cons and that I was a good candidate. This place offers only laser hair removal and have been at this location for 22 years. Sue has over 25 years of experience in laser hair removal and knows exactly the level needed for my skin type.

Have had over a dozen sessions at another place and saw a great first result here that was better than after a dozen sessions. Sue is very diligent in explaining. The treatment is also much faster and feels much less like a rubber band snapping at you than at other places.
