I have always been scared of getting laser but Sue has been absolutely incredible! She has been doing this for 23 years and is a complete expert, I expressed that I was wary of the pain and she was extremely accommodating and I felt no pain. I would recommend her to anyone that has been hesitant to try laser, she will take complete care of you.

Very thorough consultation; followed by initial chin session w good results thus far. Not painful, more so very hot heat pulses to your skin. Will continue to come here for all sessions.

Sue is very friendly and ensures you are fully aware of the process and what to expect for results. Sue is very transparent about everything and clearly takes pride in her work. The results have been amazing and exceed my expectations. Highly recommend !

I have had two sessions so far (one with Sue and one with Anais). Sue is efficient and quick but the laser hair removal was painful for me in several areas. I have a low pain tolerance so I tried my second session with Anais. She was extremely accommodating and the laser hair removal was NOT PAINFUL. Anais let have me have some breaks and took her time with the areas. She is also very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. If you also have a low pain tolerance I highly recommend Anais. The results were excellent.

Definitely recommend Capital Laser! This is my second round of laser hair removal and Sue is an expert at her craft! She is familiar with different types of skin. As a Black woman, I’ve been really particular about who I go to for laser treatments because I’ve heard about some bad experiences. Sue has many years of experience. She even recognized one time I had been in the sun too much and asked me to come back in a few weeks (I feel like many places would not care enough to do that).

Sue is incredibly knowledgeable of the science behind laser hair removal, and she gives this information to clients beforehand in free consultations. During the consultation she examines your hair type and determines if laser is the ideal hair removal tool for you. I just completed a package of 5 sessions and my experience has been wonderful. Hair growth has slowed to next to nothing in the treated areas, and what hair is there is essentially invisible. Treatment is very fast with each session taking less than 15 minutes. This is not the only laser hair removal specialist I've been to, but it is by far the best. If hair growth resumes, which is possible, I will even get a discount on my next session.

Great service. Face stings a bit during the process but I had amazing results after just one session. Pcos with a lifetime of waxing and more recently painful electrolysis with no results, so this was such a relief. Compared to the total amount I’ve spent on hair removal in the past, I think this was worth it.

I got the Brazilian laser package and have had a great experience so far! Sue knows the best settings for you so the sessions are effective and quick!
