Sue is an amazing, experienced professional. I had my first session with her after doing some research about laser hair removal online. During my consultation, she sat with me for a long time, patiently explaining the procedure. Relying on her 25+ years of experience in the industry, she ensured that I had the right information, because, as it turns out, a lot of the info I found online was incorrect. She made me feel a lot more comfortable about the process and my results have been amazing.

Sue is literally THE BEST and her team is awesome. I’m in my early 20s and I’ve had laser before but it didn’t work for me. It was painful and ineffective, so I hesitated for a long time about going back and trying again. However, with proper research, I found Capital Laser—and I’m so glad that I did! The consultation was super assuring; Sue really has experience like nobody else in the DMV. After just one appointment, the results are truly remarkable. Plus, the care you get is considerate and judgment-free. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I hesitated about this for a long time but Sue is great - seems very knowledgeable and explains everything during the free consultation to help you decide. They specialize in laser and don’t do any other treatments, so you know this is their entire business unlike other places that do it on the side. The office is always pristine and equipment seems state of the art. Results are great so far (though I most appreciated that she’s honest from the beginning that every body is different and no one can tell you how many treatments you need or how long the effects last). Highly recommend.
