During the actual laser hair removal, she’ll make sure your comfortable and explain what she is doing throughout. She definitely knows her stuff and the results are amazing — cannot recommend her and Capital Laser Hair Removal enough!

Sue is wonderful!! I have olive skin and medium brown hair and I got laser a few years ago, several sessions at a different place and NOTHING worked for me. But a few weeks ago I started going to Sue and after a VERY thorough consultation where she taught me all about her process and set my expectations, I had my first session, and within 2 weeks most of my hair was gone. Sue is also very kind and attentive, aside from the fact that she has done this work for 22 years and is VERY skilled at laser. I still had my doubts going into my first session about whether it would work for me, but it did!! I recommend Sue highly to anyone looking to get rid of their hair permanently- she’s amazing!!! 5/5 stars 🤩

Sue at Capital Laser has been great. I’m getting laser hair removal between my eyebrows because of a recurring ingrown hair (sharing this detail for others who may be experiencing this issue and want a permanent solution). This is the most delicate procedure because of how close the area is to the eyes and I feel comfortable and safe with Sue. She explained the procedure in detail and how she would ensure my eye safety. I’m relieved I found her and her expertise and that I didn’t end up at a place with less experience. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment and the results and will return to Sue for anymore laser needs!
