I had excellence results at Capital Laser. I have tried other locations with good laser technology but Sue is an expert technician and makes all the difference. She has achieved better results and each session takes half the time. Highly recommend!

Sue is fantastic at what she does and the service she provides is excellent! I did a lot of research prior to choosing Capital Laser (I was not a referral). What attracted me to Capital Laser was that the business is solely focused on laser hair removal and that Sue (the proprietor) has over 26 years of experience. I was initially nervous about starting the process, but after having a consult with Sue I gained the confidence to move forward. I am having multiple body parts done (face, neck, underarms, belly line, bikini line, and legs) and at each appointment Sue makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is efficient and knows just how to treat my skin (for reference, I am a young woman with pale skin and dark brown hair). I don't worry about being burned with her which was one of my major concerns when starting the laser process. Sue makes sure that after she treats each area she applies a calming lotion and cool wet paper towels to cool the skin down. She also makes sure that I wait a sufficient amount of time and checks my skin to ensure that it has cooled and calmed down before I leave. After only a few sessions I am already seeing great results. Overall, Sue is making my laser hair removal experience a great one and I trust her with my skin!

Sue and Anais are absolutely wonderful. I was scared with getting laser as someone with melanated skin, but both are extremely knowledge about which laser is the right one based on your skin type. Sue and Anais are both expert technicians and are extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend this place and won’t be getting laser done anywhere else!

I’ve had a couple of sessions with Sue and I’m already seeing really great results. I’m extremely prone to ingrown, and the ingrowns improved significantly even after the first session. I had been getting sugaring done for several years, but was hesitant about laser due to cost and laser horror stories I’ve read. I realized that over time, laser is actually cheaper than sugaring/waxing and Sue was very knowledgeable and kept me informed through the whole process. Now I wish I had started laser sooner!

Sue provided excellent laser hair removal experiences at the Capital Laser location. I finished six sessions so far. Initially, the free consultation session was beneficial - Sue answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. These sessions were efficient, and I am satisfied with the results so far. It is very important that Sue is an experienced professional who makes you feel comfortable during the session. Some areas might feel a bit painful/sensitive to the laser, but it’s totally bearable, and the process is really fast.

I'm on my second of 5 sessions in a package and I am so happy with my results! I've had laser hair removal at another very popular place and the hair had almost completely grown back after stopping for 3 months so I decided to give Sue and Capital Laser a try. I am so glad I did! After just two session, I have almost no hair which is impressive because I am a Black woman with darker skin and very thick curly hair. Sue has laser technology that is safe for darker skin and effective! No burns or blisters and I'll be hair free by summer. It's possible I'll need a couple touch ups a year given my hair texture and growth rate but still so much less painful than waxing and all in grown hairs have disappeared. Sue is really knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to you. She's a character and I love that about her. So grateful to have found Sue!

First time I did laser was with Sue 20 years ago at capital laser and great results. Tried other places when lives outside dc but not the same. Moved back to DC and went straight to see Sue and she's still great. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Focused only on laser removal and new high tech machines. Try capital laser
