Sue is incredibly knowledgeable of the science behind laser hair removal, and she gives this information to clients beforehand in free consultations. During the consultation she examines your hair type and determines if laser is the ideal hair removal tool for you. I just completed a package of 5 sessions and my experience has been wonderful. Hair growth has slowed to next to nothing in the treated areas, and what hair is there is essentially invisible. Treatment is very fast with each session taking less than 15 minutes. This is not the only laser hair removal specialist I've been to, but it is by far the best. If hair growth resumes, which is possible, I will even get a discount on my next session.

Great service. Face stings a bit during the process but I had amazing results after just one session. Pcos with a lifetime of waxing and more recently painful electrolysis with no results, so this was such a relief. Compared to the total amount I’ve spent on hair removal in the past, I think this was worth it.

She works quickly so even though laser can be uncomfortable, it’s over before you know it. So glad I’ll never have to wax again!

Sue is incredibly knowledgeable and personable; each session takes about 15-25 minutes but the laser removal part itself is done in less than (2) minutes; for reference, the area we’ve been targeting is my bikini zone so not a super large area to cover. i never thought i had a low pain tolerance, but I must because there are moments where it’s incredibly painful! luckily it only lasts a second or two 🙂 i HIGHLY recommend Capital Laser Hair Removal for anyone who’s been on the fence with where to go. this is a highly professional, seasoned business - i do my research and i chose correctly. i would never go to a chain place and certainly never one that advertised their services via Groupon or other discount avenue. getting the results i was hoping for was well worth the additional cost.
