Sue really took the time to explain how treatment worked, especially on olive-toned skin like mine. She gave me an honest evaluation of where treatment would and would not be effective, and I really appreciated that. This was my first time doing laser, and I was intimidated by the potential unknowns, but as soon as Sue talked to me about options and expectations, I felt so much more at ease. It’s a very welcoming office and for the level of care and treatment they provide, the price can’t be beat, especially in the DMV area.

Great experience and explanation of process

Sue was amazing, very nice & explained the process fully. I had laser before at a different place and it was very painful and only a little effective. Even though the area I did was more sensitive this time, it was way less painful & way more effective. Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience of hair laser removal at Capital Laser location with Sue. The complimentary consultation session was useful - Sue answered all of my questions, and addressed concerns I've had. The sessions are very efficient, and I am happy with the results I've had so far. Sue is a really experienced professional and makes you feel comfortable during sessions which I think is very important. Some areas can be a little painful/sensitive to laser, but it's completely tolerable and very quick.

on the top of my head prior to coming to Sue. At the time, Sue was unable to use laser treatment on my head because of the SMP that I had done. She advised that the laser treatment was likely to burn my skin that was temporarily tattooed. I thought that I was out of options after that. I ended up getting a few treatments of laser tattoo removal for the SMP that was done and decided to come back to Sue for a consultation, since I no longer had the SMP tattoo on my head. Sue kindly obliged and was willing to do the laser hair removal treatment on my hair transplanted area. I appreciate Sue for deciding not to do treatment on me at first. It really made me feel like she cared about my skin.
